RETURN, EXCHANGE, & REFUND POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is refundable or exchangeable within the first 30 days of delivery. All sales are final after 30 days of delivery made.
The item you want to return should be unused in new condition with original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return and Exchange Procedures

In your email include your order number written on the top of your invoice and the reason you want to return or exchange with the name of the product you want to exchange with.
Wait until we email you to give authorization. It takes 1-2 business days.
Please include a copy of the email that authorized your return or exchange with your order number.
Insure shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost and misdirected return shipments.
Once we receive your return we will credit your account or send the item desired to exchange within 7 business days.
